I cannot believe how long it takes and the continuous effort myself, my insurance and my Specialty Pharmacy has to make to get this place to submit a simple RX authorization for a new prescription! I have reached out multiple times, even faxed the actual form from insurance that includes a fax back number to send it to and have been attempting this for weeks yet still nothing has been submitted.
