I been going to them for years now when I want braids or twist Went here the other day texted her the next morning about few of my twists coming down no reply I just wanted her to simply fix it but no responds but responded back to me about me trying to get my hair done they just want your money they don’t really care about their clients
Don't ask for anything specific because they're going to do whatever they want to do with your hair or either try to talk you out of what you want instead of saying they cannot do it. Bring your own hair comb and toilet paper
They can not part at all braids is trash… then get mad when you want your money back 😂😂
