Sir Grout Houston did an amazing job! The first step was having Courtney come out to give a quote for the work. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! Courtney gave lots of helpful suggestions and promptly provided us with a very reasonable quote. Thank you, Courtney! Then just a couple of days later, Nico came out to do our repairs. Quick remote quote option, great service, and fair price.
Sir Grout provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. Sir Grout cleaned the grout in shower in the master bedroom and applied caulk to various areas (e.g., showers, sinks, tubs, countertops, etc.). Jorge, who is proud of his business (and I can see why!), was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. I would do business with Sir Grout again.
Sir Grout Houston repaired/replaced the grout/caulk on our entryway floor tiles, kitchen backsplash tiles, master shower tiles. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the initial owner’s (Courtney) visit/quote, to the finished quality of the work performed by the craftsman (Nico). Very professional, pleasant, accommodating folks at Sir Grout Houston. I highly recommend them for any type of tile repair/replacement work.
The shower looks amazing. It had been used by family and renters for 10 years. It was in bad shape. Now it looks brand new.
