Love this place.
I usually love SIPS, but I am so frustrated with my order today. I ordered the Big Al, which the menu clearly describes as having Savory Sausage, Melted American Cheese, and Garlic-Chive Smear (along with eggs and bacon). I specifically asked for no egg and no bacon. Somehow, the kitchen interpreted that as "remove the sausage too." I ended up with two pieces of bread, a smear of cream cheese, and a slice of American cheese. That is not a Big Al, and it’s certainly not what I paid for.
