I usually love SIPS, but I am so frustrated with my order today. I ordered the Big Al, which the menu clearly describes as having Savory Sausage, Melted American Cheese, and Garlic-Chive Smear (along with eggs and bacon). I specifically asked for no egg and no bacon. Somehow, the kitchen interpreted that as "remove the sausage too." I ended up with two pieces of bread, a smear of cream cheese, and a slice of American cheese. That is not a Big Al, and it’s certainly not what I paid for. they are fabulous and 24 oz...oh yeah!!!!😉!!!
Great drinks at decent prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful and doesn't rush if we have questions about the menu. Good drinks and a lot of variety for the non-coffee drinkers. The pastries are delicious, too, especially the cinnamon rolls.
They gave me a medium drink when I asked for a large. They gave my friend a large and me a medium.
