The actual siphon coffee is not the best coffee they make, but you have to order it at least once so you feel all science-y and eclectic. Great atmosphere for a quick coffee or an afternoon of study. I drive about 15 miles to go to Siphon, and pass all sorts of coffee shops to get there.
Cozy. But a little noisy because of the live band.
A quiet place to enjoy my breakfast. Soooo glad to not be bombarded by loud music and people shouting over it. I just wish it was closer to home.
