Awesome staff! Friendly environment/atmosphere! The food, desserts, cofee/tea is delicious! So much to choose from, and the prices are reasonable! You get your monies worth!
The quality of the food, coffee, service, and love in this building are beyond compare! If you haven't been, your life isn't complete!!
Sip is the perfect place to wake up and go to for a nice morning breakfast or late night coffee AND an amazing atmosphere all around! Nice and cozy, great acoustics for local acoustic shows, the staff are all amazing and THE MUFFINS ARE TO DIE FOR!!! :D I always enjoy myself when I come! Not to mention the art is beautiful and made my locals in CP and is for sale! Keep doing what you're doing guys!

OH YEA! Why go somewhere else and spend big bucks for the same drinks. Plus its got a warm cozy atmosphere too. You can meet with friends, work on school work, bring in your laptop, and enjoy a great cup of coffee and maybe even breakfast or lunch! But dont take my word for it....Go see for yourself!
