Nice business inside but poor service you have to flag down someone to take your order and it's not even busy around 2pm and I've been waiting 40 mins for ONE sandwich and still waiting so I go up there and ask if my sandwich is ready and looks like she forgot. I recommend the one in Highland much better service .

Sorry your wait time was longer than expected, sometimes it may not appear busy from the diners point of view. I reached out to my staff and unfortunately they did have quite a bit of food to make before your sandwich. We try our best to make orders go as quickly as possible, feel free to get a drink to go on us if you are still around.
Sip is my favorite hangout in NWI. The service is great and there's always a friendly atmosphere. The entire menu is yummy as well as all of the drinks! The music is awesome too! It's the perfect place to do homework or have a small meeting. It's also kid friendly! If I could change anything, it would have been learning about the cute little coffee shop sooner!
I've been going to Sip for years and I have never had a bad experience. I bring my friends whenever I go and we play various card games. We can sit here for hours!
