Great food, prices, coffee selection, staff and unique ambiance. Highly recommend. Come by and check it out!
Went in for the first and only time Saturday. Bought 2 different teas after they seemed inconvenienceed to help me with them. Got home and they are stale and one of the containers had a piece of blue lint from someone's sweater in it. I wish we had a better experience.

Bought 4 different types of loose leaf tea the other day, they all have a terrible stale taste.
Great place to grab a cup of coffee and socialize. Relaxing atmosphere.
Waited 10 mins & I was ignored by Sammy. Tonya looked like she was trying to run the whole thing while Sammy was rude & looked strung out or hungover. they were not waiting on other guests I walked out. Funny because I love Highland Sip & I'm a regular. Too bad I couldn't get another punch in my card in CP. Really Sad service.
