I won a 60-minute head spa gift certificate through a donation, which I received on January 7. The certificate was valid only from 12/24/25–1/24/26. I booked a 60-minute head spa and a blowout for Saturday, January 17 and let the receptionist know at the time of booking that I had a gift certificate. I went with my daughter today because we had an important event and we wanted to look at our best, unfortunately I had a bad experience with Adisson, she gives great customer service but she needs to be better trained at doing hair and mostly make up. I addressed my dislike to the manager in charge and she helped me a lot by having Gisselle doing the make up again for me. I have pictures for reference if the owner wants to see them.
