I was a regular at the Dundee location for years. Once I moved, I tried the Blondo location for convenience. Made an appointment over a month out. Confirmed appointment time multiple times. The day before, I got a text asking to confirm a much later time than I had confirmed already. No one called or explained anything. Just a text for a later time. I went back and forth via text before I decided to call. All I got was a "its not my fault, but there was a mistake." They moved my time later in the week, again, multiple texts ... read more
RecommendedI usually feel more compassion from the staff than I did on this visit. It seemed everyone was kinda in a tizzy. I also never seen any of my normal staff members. Kinda felt like a new patient. However, I have been coming there for years. Just wasn’t what I was use to getting from you all. Maybe it will be better next time. 😑
