I was told my insurance would cover a few procedures. So naturally I had the first procedure done. Then upon leaving was told that my insurance did not cover them. My bill is now 422.71 and they say I have to pay it because of a financial form I signed... ya know, when they said it would cost nothing. I am on disability and have a very meager income. The procedure was also supposed to be a root canal, but they decided I didn't need it upon working on the tooth, just drilled and filled. Now I have a very temperature sensitive... read more
Everyone there is so friendly and helpful but Krystal the hygienist, is the best! She goes above and beyond for every patient, every time and you can see she truly enjoys her job! We have continued to go to Summit Dental because of her! Dr. Zach is also great!
