My experience was really good. I don't look forward to going to the dentist, and it had been a while since I visited one. I was impressed with Alissa, the hygienist, she was thorough, gentle and very personable. I appreciated her kindness and conversation along with the good job she did. Dr. Steffen was very thorough, kind and took plenty of time to make sure I knew what was going on. His explanations were great and the technology was really impressive. The staff at dental solutions are very personable. They take time to make you feel at ease and talk to you about your options and help you make the right decision. Definitely keeping them as my permanent dental facility.
The service and the work that the dentist does are excellent. The tv they have on top of ceiling really helps to calm the nerves down when they are working on the teeth. The only thing I didn't like was the big amoung I had to pay right away even though I have insurance. I wish the payments could be split up more than just over 2 months.
I enjoyed my experience and feel like I know my teeth better than any other dentist appointment in the past! (which of course has it's positives and negatives) :)
I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. I appreciate their willingness to get my family and me in before the end of the year!
