I LIKE TO TAKE MY GRANDKIDS FOR SPECIAL TREATS AND WE LOVE WATCHING CUPCAKES WARS SO WE DECIDED TO VISIT SINSATIONAL CUPCAKES. THEY LOOKED SO PRETTY I BOUGHT 2 DOZEN FOR $66.00 AND WE COULDNT WAIT TO GET HOME AND TRY THEM. WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTED !!! THE LEMON HAD NO LEMON IN IT, THE COCONUT ONLY HAD TOASTED COCONUT ON TOP AND THEY BASICALL USE A VANILLA OR CHOCLATE BATTER FOR ALL FLAVORS AND DECORATE IT TO APPEAR TO HAVE ANOTHER FLAVOR TO IT. The cake was delicious actually & that's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. The "happy birthday" plaque for the price I paid for cake $100 was something a 5 year kid would have made. The lady agreed to meet me with a better plaque but NEVER called and I went to place we agreed & she never showed up. I left an message on store voice mail and no call back or acknowledgment of the issue which is ABSOLUTELY NOT how you conduct business.

I did tell my best friend how they ruined my groom cake. I specifically asked for a chocolate cake through and through. I requested and paid for this since my future husband does not eat white cakes. When he cut the groom cake it was some type of white creme inside which he was furious about and so was I .. Their response was they made a mistake Nd could not refund my money because their workers had to be paid they finally agreed to pay, said would mail to me nd I have yet to receive it.
