Very caring and friendly. Made us feel competent of the care our pug was getting. Dr Sproc even told me the proper way to wash a pug that has multiple allergies, found out the way I was washing her was making her itch worse. She is much better now, thanks to Dr Sproc.
Best vet ever!! I started using this vet in the early 90's with my first dog. We're on our fourth dog and he's still our favorite doc! He really does put patient and owner at ease. We definitely recommend Dr. Sproc!
Very caring staff and doctor. You can always get an appointment. They have a boarding facility with very reasonable rates. I take all 3 of my dogs there. They are loved and fussed over every time. I am very pleased with them. The only thing that keeps them from being 5 stars is they won't give you a payment plan on expensive procedures. You have to have payment up front for every service. Other wise they are excellent. I trust them 101%.
I can't say enough about this vet. He spends time with you, answers all your questions, explains everything to you. Makes nervous dogs and owners feel comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about this vet. He is the greatest. My personal doctor should be so good! He is a skilled vet who has pulled my dog through a crisis and I will be eternally grateful. The best vet ever!
