I called the emergency line and started to explain what was going on. They didn’t even let me get to the part that was important and already pushed me off the phone cranky old man told me I need to call during business hours and that it wasn’t an emergency, but he didn’t even finish hearing what I had to say wouldn’t recommend anybody rude unprofessional disgusting
After reading other reviews, we realized we were not the only family who experienced serious concerns regarding billing and money with Thomas Singleton and his firm. That was extremely upsetting to discover after what our family went through. We paid substantial legal fees in advance for two possible trials that never ended up happening. We were later told an invoice would be provided and that remaining unused funds would be addressed, however we never received the invoice or any reimbursement despite multiple follow-ups.
