I can't say enough good things about this flower shop! The shop itself is beautiful—fresh flowers everywhere, neatly arranged, and the scent alone makes you want to stay forever. I love to come to get here to get all of my plants/flowers!
I went to this flower shop on July 1 to purchase a blanket for my grandmother‘s funeral. All I have to say is racism is still alive. What a shame to walk into a store and someone looks at you as if you’re not supposed to be there upset that you’re asking questions about Flowers And never say my condolences for your loss at the moment. I placed an order 3 weeks in advance for my wife's birthday. I called back one week prior to the scheduled date to confirm the delivery time, and to ensure there were no issues with my order. However, the by noon on day of the delivery (delivery should have been at 11, they assured me) the florist informed me that my order had been forgotten about.... and they would try to get out today but "we're pretty much wrapped up for day". overall very crappy customer service and customer assistance. my boyfriend ordered an arrangement for valentine’s day, it couldn’t be delivered the day of so i received them today and it wasn’t even what he ordered. he was not notified of the change, and overall wasn’t a very good experience all the way across the board and loads of excuses. more than likely will never use again.
My Son got his gf flowers for Valentines Day, and when he walked in with them, I couldn't believe they came from a florist. He literally had to go to Publix and buy a dozen roses with baby's breath to make up for the quality. There was no design at all. I had to look under and behind in the back to see a couple hidden roses. It looked like someone just stuck flowers together in a bunch and wrapped them.
