Waking around Seattle and found this place. Food was delicious and service very friendly. Very happy we came across it.
First and foremost, a bar (and barkeep - Cody Goodwin) worthy of Seattle foodie standards, as is the menu. Unpretentious with just the right mix of nostalgia for eras gone by and new world class. Fun, informed, interesting conversations swirling overhead. #mynewfavoritespot
An amazing experiece as we stumble in this Seattle gem off the beaten path. Food is for foodies, great cocktails, small and complex wine list and great athmosphere. Elegant meets cool and chic for sure!

One of the best restaurants in Seattle. Rory and his staff have hit the trifecta. Single Shot has great food, hospitality and atmosphere. I can't wait to go back.
