I have been trouble getting my medicine prior authorized. The office keeps telling me to call the pharmacy and the pharmacy tells me that they have faxed the request three times. I have been trying to get this med for two weeks. After telling them that I haven’t had the medication for two nights, they told me they can’t today because they are too busy. l just got a call from them to ask for the reason for taking the med but she was so rude to me.

This is the woest offoce workers i have ever met there rude i called to tell them i couldnt take a certain medication so then dr calls me talked for 3 minutes now there billing me for telavisit there unbelievable charging me 250 dollars there awful im switching Drs

My son had his jaw wired ehich was broken during an accident. I called to see if he could get his seizure medication in a liquid for left a message for manager. Heard nothing called back next day. All they were concerned with was whether he was going to make his appointment that day which we knew nothing about because they had the wrong number for him on file which they never acknowleged and kept asking about his appointment and not bothering to take care of what i called about.
