Complete and total waste of time. Was sent here by the VA and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. First the provider that was supposed to be my primary care physician couldn’t fill out a reasonable accommodation paper because he didn’t yet have my records from the VA but yet had no issue prescribing medications without said records. I had my first visit with Dr. Hand today at singing River medical clinic downtown Biloxi. I was extremely pleased with my visit. He answered all my questions and refilled my prescriptions, and I look forward to working with him as my primary physician.
Cynthia and her team took extremely great care of my husband. I couldn’t want for more in a primary care clinic. Clean, easy access and wonderful pt satisfaction. Cynthia goes above and beyond to make her patients feel supported.
I have recently moved to their recently opened Biloxi clinic, which has been in operation for approximately two months. The Clinic is stunning, and the staff here are highly professional. I am greatly anticipating receiving top-notch care from these professionals who are dedicated to ensuring your well-being. I wholeheartedly endorse this clinic as the finest one I have visited thus far along the Gulf Coast.
I was there as a walk in at 730 . The staff arrived at 730 the computer had a glitch which made everything very disorganized. The staff were polite. They don't take Medicare advantage from out of state .
