Bought my house through Singh Real Estate. Mike doesn’t try to sell you a house, he looks over it, says what he thinks is wrong about it, helps you make the informed decision. I’d say he does the same thing for sellers - no holds barred, real, upfront, truthful. Awesome guy, would love to work with him in the future.

Of all of the positive things we experienced, I would highlight that Michael was personable, patient and thorough. His deep local knowledge of Toro Park, expertise in the buying process, knowledge of remodeling and maintaining properties, and recommendations around service providers and contractors made for a very, very positive experience. Highly, highly recommended.
