Ask abou the heating pipes!!! – My girlfriend moved in loving this place. When winter came around and the heat was turned on we quickly changed our mind. I am currently having a three month issue with maintenance department at Clinton Place Apartments. There is an issue with the heating pipes and it literally sounds like someone is hitting them with a hammer every night between the hours of 2 am and 5 am.
