My mom was having problems with the gas pump, because the pump had charged her credit card $11.00 she had not put gas in the vehicle yet.She asked the staff employee for help and instead he refused to help her.Told her to charge her card again,she told him to give her a refund or give her the gas that was paid for ,he refused.When she told him that she was going to report him to the Better business bureau he called told her go ahead ,AND what are going to do!
