It took me a long time to find a dentist that I liked. All the staff are friendly and helpful and take the time to get to know you and answer your questions. Dr. Vafai was great. Very down to earth and didn't try to "sell" you things you didn't need as has been my experience with other dentists. High recommend this practice.
I had such a wonderful experience at Sincere Smile today! I came in for x-rays, a cleaning, whitening, health scan, and a saliva test—and everything exceeded my expectations. The office is warm, inviting, and spotless, and every person I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable—from the front desk(Christy), to the hygienist (Francesca), and RDA (Daisy). I have been a long-time patient of Sincere Smiles. I liked the doctor and friendly staffers. This would be my first review about this dental clinic. Yesterday I had my periodic six-month cleaning, and I had very unpleasant experience. I don't remember the name of the hygienist, but she got her nose pierced. First, at the beginning she used high pressured polishing(Air polisher or water jet not sure), and got hurt my ceiling of the moth and beneath the lower front teeth. It was so hurt I had to say Stop. I have been a patient of Dr Vafai for 5+ years , she always did great job for my teeth, whatever she fixed stays fixed. Her office is also always professional. Won't switch to any other dentist as long as my location permits.
