Dr Vilcu is excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and I’ve had consistently good care over the years. The front office staff has also always been friendly and helpful. My only issue was with financial transparency. I no longer have insurance so I confirmed the cost of a self-pay follow-up visit multiple times beforehand with different staff members and was consistently told it would be $85, which at the time of the visit they charged me and I paid at that time. No one answers phone
I’ve called several times and no one answers the phone. I’ve also been waiting for a refill for over a month now. The front desk could use more training in customer service.
After Dr Marwa left the practice is gone downhill. Does anybody ever answer the phone? I've been calling since 9am Monday the 23rd here it is Tuesday the 24th and still no one has answered the phone, I am tired of being on hold for 30 mins or more, how many times do I have to call before you or someone in this office answers the phone. You can't leave a message because the office doesn't accept messages. Very frustrating. JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! This office also can't seem to get prescriptions correct either.
