I was treated as if I was the only patient from the moment I walked in the door. Patient registration staff, nursing, doctors, and transport were excellent! I was explained all procedures, risks, etc. in depth and discharge instructions were very clear.
The administration office and or admitting employees suck balls every single one of them. All they care about getting every penny you have in your pocket then patient care.
I had to wait 2 and a half hours before I was seen and I'm beginning to think my rerebest interest aren't being handled I have some forms I've been trying to have addressed since late July that still haven't been taken care of while the staff and Doctor are polite I feel like I need my concerns addressed more promptly
Horrible experience. Still waiting for patient relations to call me back. Will never go there again.
Would Not help me with torn shoulder. Sent me home in agonizing pain
I love DMC, They always take care of me and my family... Yes for Detroit Medical Center!
Staff(ER front desk) was very nice but the waiting room was nasty!!! Blood was on the floor and needed to be mop.The room in the back was nasty trash on the floor and the dirty laundry was running over. I had to call and ask could someone please check my husband blood sugar because he has pushed the call button and no one never came.
