The front desk medical scheduler was very patient, kind and respectful. She was attentive to the needs of my aunt for her appointment. She waited patiently when I had to contact my aunt for her medical insurance card information and gave options for appointments that I was scheduling because the appointment were far out and the clinic had wasn't able to see my aunt until April 2026 and my aunt was discharged from the nursing facility just recently. Terrible service! They incorrectly charged me for a new provider visit instead of yearly check up… making me pay $40 plus $100 for labs that were supposed to be routine yearly check up. I called twice service was terrible. Said they would have the practice manager call me back but she never called. DO NOT GO HERE
Terrible experience all around the board. My doctor left it took a month to get a another doctor after I called 3 times. Once I finally got the appointment I used their online check in system 15 minutes early and they didn't update on their end and I had to wait 3 hours for an appointment.

i give up this place is not for me its a joke exactly how they have made me feel since ive been going feel like i just been wasting my time they dont make any sense here i even tried switching doctors mental health is not taken seriously here. Today was the last day .
