RecommendedI had Stonehenge come and put a fence in so my dogs wouldn’t get out. The crew was very business and friendly to let me know what they would do. They also cleaned up and made the area looked like it belonged.
Stonehenge was great to work with. They came out quickly to give us a fair quote, got us on the schedule, and made sure that we were aware of the process going forward. I got 2-3 phone calls from the time we got on the schedule through install and each one gave a thorough update on where they were in the process and they worked with us to make sure the install fit our schedule. Stonehenge Fence took my deposit of more than half of the estimate. Two weeks later I contacted them to get a start date. Three weeks later, still no date. Four weeks later, I asked for my deposit back because I still had no start date. I was told the check was in the mail on a Thursday. Five dats later, still no check. Stonehenge lacks any kind of customer service skills.
This one is partly my fault. The quality of the fence seems good. Our yard was not properly graded before setting the posts. I am a first time home owner, so I should have done more research, but as the customer I also expect expert advice from the salesperson. It seems like he wanted the quick sale rather than advise us to wait and grade the yard first. Our options now are to redo the posts or get a creative with the landscaping. They quoted me wayyyy above all the other quotes I received! Highway robbery! They were wanting to charge me over 1,700 just to install the stupid fence! Which is only for a very small area. Just to close off a townhome back area. Will never go to them or refer anyone to them!
Wont even look at our repair to give us an estimate because its a small project. Don't recommend. Take your business elsewhere they only care about big projects.
We are EXTREMELY happy with our fence from Stonehenge. Juan was the installer and he and his team did such an INCREDIBLE job. He involved us with every decision and how we wanted it. He was detailed in every measurement and made sure it looked perfect. It’s BEAUTIFUL! We couldn’t be happier! From the beginning of this project Stonehenge never missed a deadline. Randall our estimator was very kind and very professional! The installers were also very kind and very professional, they took care of my property and were very thoughtful to the large equipment moving throughout the yard being very careful not to damage any existing landscape.
