They have treated me pretty well the past few months while searching for a truck. Had a few issues with my purchase but its a "used" car lot. Not everything is going to be perfect for you. Jon worked with me on getting an issue fixed right away. I would recommend them for buying a used car!
I bought my car there on Feb 17, 2016. I love my car. Jon has helped out a lot. Yes, I've had a couple of car issues, but that is what you get when buying a used or even a brand new car. But Jon was there to help me out and I must say that Sims Auto in Kokomo, IN is awesome. Thank you so much for all your help.
I went in to look at a few cars I seen, on their lot. While I walk to 1 of them, a guy walked by me and said he thought they sold that 1. No one ever offered to help me, walked around for about 10 minutes with cash in hand to buy. What poor personalities. They need customer service!
Remember us? We bought the green Jeep Wrangler Sierra off of you 11 months ago. You replaced the cracked windshield as part of the deal, but it has leaked since day 1 and rubber trim outside pops out at the corners and the interior rubber trim constantly falls loose and hangs in the driver's view. Then it spewed antifreeze, so you replaced the radiator. You also replaced a non-working wiper motor- and you wanted my wife to pay for half of it.
