I started going to Simpsonville Chiropractic Solutions in January of 2026. I was in a bad way. I have a severely bad Spine and Back issues. I already had one major Spine surgery and for 2 years before I saw Dr Rob I was in so much pain I couldn't walk more than 5 minutes without being in excruciating pain.
