The intense smell of nitrate is the deli meat and bacon is overwhelming.
My wife and I ordered the grass fed and finished 1/2 beef and also got 1/2 hog and we absolutely love both of them. The beef is so flavorful, juicy and so tender it's almost like butter. The pork is also extremely flavorful and tender. This meat you can't miss with. It doesn't compare.tocstore.boughr meats and once you try it you won't regret it or ever go back.
