Very thorough with explaining cataracts, the surgery and types of surgery available. Not rushed in and out
Optical staff didn’t read my receipts before she tried to start computer system that wasn’t working. Finally, she discovered that I was dropping off frames for new lenses because Simpson had told me lenses were ready. Told me glasses would be ready at 1pm. (That was at 11:30am) I came back about 1:15p, waited 40 minutes for help, waited another 15 minutes for staff to find my glasses, only to discover that Tate’s Creek staff had measured wrong and new lenses were wrong.
