After waiting two weeks to have legal documents explained to me, this firm not only didn’t help me with me documents, they rather treated the $*** consultation as a counseling session. When I followed up with email correspondence, they asked to schedule another appointment, and more money, plus acted as if I didn’t provide complete documents needed. Very unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money.

Although we are not at liberty to disclose the content of the consultation due to the attorney/client privilege, we contend that we have fully met our obligations by review of legal documents and the providing of legal advice. We have attempted to reach out to the potential client by both telephone and email, to no avail. The potential client was never asked to pay additional fees to our firm and her consultation fee was never applied to her initial consultation.
