Dr. Janna Simpson came highly recommended and so I was excited to set up a relationship with her and her staff....WRONG! where to start? I entered the very crowded waiting room and made my way to the front where the staff was otherwise busy and so I signed in and sat down. They were very prompt to make sure they took all of my insurance info but there was absolutely no acknowledgement of me as a person.
