Excellent service! We called him, expecting to need a new ac unit. Instead, it was a quick fix. We truly appreciated that, as we would have easily believed more needed to be done. And he was super patient with me and all my questions! We'll definitely be using this company for any future needs and would highly recommend him.

3 days ago my house was "cold". The 22 year old furnace had breathed it's last. I was using 6 electric heaters to keep the chill off. Rich and helper installed a 96% efficient Goodman gas furnace in less than 2 days and took care of disposing the old one. They cleaned up after themselves and checked back to make sure it was working well . It is a quiet unit and heats the house very evenly.

When my heat went out in my business building, I called Simpson Heating. Rich was there promptly, and worked around my unusually complicated installation till the problem was solved. You can't ask for more from a service company. He has all the knowledge, tools and supplies needed for any job I might have, Call him! You'll agree!

Rich Simpson is Anderson's go to guy for installation and repair of heating and air conditioning systems. He is honest, highly skilled and very dependable. He has worked for for me and friends for years. The work is always done right, and we don't have to pay for the overhead of the larger corporate contractors. He's a really nice guy, too.

I just used Simpson Heating and had a great experience. Richard (the owner) I believe, was very nice and explained everything that he could so we understood what needed to be done and he worked with us on the price to get what we needed up and running within our budget- just wanted to thank Simpson Heating for everything they just did for us.

I have used Simpson for 15 years. He's honest, very, very knowledgeable, and his work is always first rate. Plus, he works very hard to be very affordable. I live in an older home that I thought was always going to be drafty and difficult to heat and cool, since that is all we had ever experienced in our 30 plus years in this house in spite of insullation added to attic and walls. I've always found this company to be very fair and reasonable. He's an honest technician. A national company said our air conditioner needed to be replaced. We called this company and $100 later it's fixed.
