We hired Simpson to replace the OSB board around our chimney exterior, as well as install weather wrap, as it was severely compromised due to water damage. Simpson Construction is what gives hard working HONEST contractors a bad name. My house has been in ruins for 8 months now because of this crook. This scum makes money, but it's not from the work he does, it's from placing a fraudulent lien on your property for work not done, then upping the bid to un-agreed upon charges for work that was never done. I couldn't possibly recommend Gary and Simpson Construction more. Finding a contractor is an exercise in trust. Trust in quality of workmanship, of their staff and the people that will be in your home along with a hope that from top to bottom "doing the job right" is their ethos.
