**** Simpson and his team did our Master Bath renovation. We received multiple quotes for our project and Simpson Construction Services was very competitive. **** and the team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were always on time and managed the entire process with professionalism. We really do not have any negative comments to say about the renovation. A section of the floor in the front guest bedroom, the adjacent closet floor, and guest bathroom floor squeaked. I thought I needed a support beam installed in the basement to provide additional support for the floor joists. So, I contacted **** Simpson from Simpson Construction to see if he could install a floor support system. **** came out and immediately noticed that installing a support beam wouldn't solve my problem. During the past few weeks we have had some work done at our house. This included dry wall repair, professional cleaning of our garage floor, pressure cleaning of our driveway, and repair of hail damage to our windows. Simpson Construction Services, LLC. did these services for us. We found them to be very accessible, quality work and at a reasonable cost. We recommend them. Our exterior wood were all rotten -- **** and his crew did an amazing job removing all rotten wood and replacing with new materials. They did the job so well that my house looks like NEW. I will definitely use **** and his crew for future projects.
We added a sunroom from an existing porch. Gary, of Simpson Construction Services, came out and was very knowledgeable, with great advice on things we didn’t even think of, very cost conscious, and very professional and yet so easy to work with.
