We could not be more happy with the service we got from SimplyMaid. We had 2 cleaner, Clarissa and Amanada, come to our apartment and do a 3 hour cleaning. I was slightly not ready for them (which was 100% my fault) and they were very understanding of that and worked in the areas that were ready as I finished getting everything else ready. Never called or returned email- then responded to the review TWO YEARS LATER, claiming it might have been a mistake, because NOW I no longer live in GF? Further proof of their lousy follow through and customer service. Avoid at all costs.
We had 2 cleaners for a move in cleaning. One of them did great. The other did a horrible job, she was in one room for four hours and it looked exactly the same as it did when she started.
