Great food, simply wholesome is simply the best healthy food in the area.
I asked your cooks if you used salt, they repeatedly said they didn't. I am on a no salt diet.They tried to convince me that they used salt substitute. However this is a very serious issue today among our people. Salt is as salt does. If it will spike your blood pressure the way salt does, then it is salt. Please have the knowledge or at least the insight to inform the public of this information. Thank you.
There is only one word to describe my dining experience, DELICIOUS....
My favorite place to get lost in California. I so miss my lunch a smoothie and meat pie. Going to read in the book section, or just shopping the grocery section or grabbing herbs when im sick. I miss LA.
Just tried the tofu Caribbean tacos, very delicious.
The patties remind me of the Jamaican patties I grew up eating in Brooklyn. Chicken and spinach are my favorites.
Had the best new chocolate cake and ice cream tonight. And I saw a most amazing brother with beautiful locs.
Delicious, filling and healthy foods. Friendly staff. Im always ordering the grilled chicken salad.
