Ben arrived early for our 09:00 appointment, this impressed me. Ben was VERY professional, and didn't mind that at last minute I added steam cleaning of the couch in the den to my order. The carpets in my house look like brand new again ! I highly recommend Simply the Best Carpet Cleaning.

My husband and I were so impressed with the amount of time and effort Ben of Simply the Best took to clean the carpet throughout our home. Not only was Ben extremely professional but he went above and beyond anyone we've ever had clean our carpets before. We definitely will have Simply the Best continue cleaning our carpets and also plan on having Ben pressure wash our pool cage and driveway in the next few weeks.

Ben Rodriguez was: Punctual for the esimate appointment, as well as the job appointment. He was professional, polite, honest, personable, and very hard-working. He had quite a task-- cleaning gutters, the roof, pressure-washing a very long driveway, and a concrete fence --- all that had been negelected for 5 -6 years. He went the "extra-mile" to accomplish the tasks at hand. He was diligent and tenacious . I was very impressed by his work ethics and I would most certainly hire him again.

they contacted me with in a couple of hours of putting the request into service magic. they stayed in contact and worked with us on our time frame. They called first to ensure we were going to be home. They arrived early to set up and did an outstanding job on our floors. we have given one of his business cards to my sister she plans on haveing her carpets done when she comes back to florida in the fall. another great experience from a contractor that is set up with service magic.

When the technician arrived workers had screws on the floor and had not swept them. He could not wait for them to vacum so he rescheduled for the next day. He told me the stains were pretty bad and he could not guarantee they'd come out. I did not see the rental until today and surprisingly he got most of the stains out. The carpet actually looked clean. Kudos to him.
