I spoke with the owner and explained what I needed. He explained the processed he used and how it would work. He went over the products used because I have pets. The work was exceptional. I have had my carpets cleaned before and the results never came close to what this company did. The only issue I had was it took longer to dry than I expected, but it was very humid that day and my husband had not turned on the a/c.
