Mr. Ben was a perfect gentleman! I was never concerned about being in my home alone while he was doing his work. He was on time and made arrangements to clean my carpets in a very timely manner. There were a few spots that were no removed that I later spot cleaned myself. Overall, the carpet looked exceptional considering what he had to work with and the length of time it had been since the last time it was cleaned. I was very satisfied with THE BEST CARPET CLEANERS! He had a big big job to do, getting all of the pet hair off of my couch and chair. He was so nice and did his best to get it all off, and he did! Let me tell you, he worked hard, but he was friendly and had a smile on his face the whole time.

I Did Tell You The Carpets Should Be Replaced.When Carpets go for 5to7 years without ever being cleaned and you have pets and children sometimes it is better to replace carpets.I did tell your husband and he told me to clean them anyway.We Did Our Best With What You had.Ben Rodriguez-Simply the Best.
