My son's Scooby Doo birthday cake was so adorable! It tasted delicious. I got several complements on it. The customer service was great too. I will definitely use them again.

We LOVE this bakery! Every time we come to Mobile it is a must visit for sweet treats! Cupcakes and cake pops are moist and delicious. Never a disappointment. The owner and staff are amazingly friendly and military kind with their discount for service members. Awesome flavors daily.
Had the driest red velvet cupcake ever took one bit and trashed it!

We do strive to make the best possible product so to hear you weren't happy is not acceptable to us. Again we are very sorry about this as usually our red velvet is one of our customers favorites.

Best friends wedding cake and cup cakes were ALL wrong for the big day! The cake was decorated beautifully, however, the tiers were lop sided and the cake topper that was brought to Simplify Sweet to be put on the cake wasn't there. Half of the cupcake order was brought to the reception leaving over half the guest without receiving one. The cake was delicious but presentation is everything concerning a wedding cake, including symmetry. I wouldn't know about the cupcakes as I nor the bride or groom got one.
