I get ALL my cakes made here, and they are doing cupcake decorating for the kids on mondays right now so it's great that they care about children. Everyone who works here is very polite and sweet (pun intended �). The atmosphere is nice and the cakes are delicious and my family is very picky about cakes.
This bakery gets 5 stars from me in every category. Every single person I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Kirsten George gets special mention from me due to her amazing attitude and genuine service. As for this house, we will always use Simply Sweet for our bakery needs. I posted pictures of the cake and cupcakes on the page in case anyone is interested.
Every. Single. Time. I order cakes from Simply Sweet, they are delicious and beyond what I would expect. I will always come her for special occasions or just for an occasional cupcake!!!
While the cake tasted good... The packaging was ridiculous. I had a 3 tier wedding cake that was leaning when I picked it up. It literally had no box.. Was given to me on the circular platform only and told they had no boxes to fit it. It completely collapsed before I got a mile away. When I called I was told once it leaves it's my problem. But I wasn't offered delivery until my call to complain. This was my reception cake. It was $300... My day is ruined.
You sent someone out of there ,with a wedding cake ,and no protection around it. If you had any experience, you know what that would do even if it wasn't leaning in the before pictures. You've lost my business, over this ,and plenty more I do believe.
I am very happy with the Stranger Things cake that I ordered for my daughter's birthday. She loved it. The only thing was that it has buttercream filling instead of the cream cheese filling that we ordered. It was so tasty that my daughter didn't complain at all. They did an amazing job decorating the cake.
