This place took 125.00 kept my debt card on file. Said they destroyed my X rays/ disc after 3 weeks I had to go back pay another 25.00 for a disc after being told 3 times a copy of disc was 20.00, they kept my debt card on file but destroyed my important X rays that my personal dr needs. I don't appreciate these people at all.

I never leave reviews but I am so hurt in the way I was treated that I felt the need to share. I started going to Simply Southern in June of 2018. I thought they were wonderful. Outstanding service and results ! In two months, I’ve gone from barely walking to being able to swing my golf clubs and do yard work whenever I want. SSC’s staff has been excellent and the equipment and methods used have given excellent results. Highly recommended.

They want your credit card info over the phone BEFORE you even meet them. No thanks! When I told them I didn’t want to do that, she said have a nice day and hung up! What kind of place is this? I will keep going to Belue chiropractic!

Hello Carrie! Yes, we do require all patients to leave a card on file in order to make an appointment. Why? So that we can enforce our cancellation policy. Btw, Belue Chiropractic is awesome. We know you are receiving great care there!
It was my first visit but on first impression very clean, professional and well equipped! Personnel were friendly and thorough!
I just moved to the area and needed a new chiropractor. They essentially told me the first visit included an exam and an adjustment. But I just went in and they told me it would be $2500 for 3 months. I told them I couldn’t afford that but just needed weekly/biweekly adjustments to maintain since I had been going to one regularly for years in my old town. If we truly were in this business "just to get your money", then we would change our treatment recommendations to "get money" from patients. We do have our patients' best interest at heart and that is why we stick to treatment plans that fix root problems, not just slap band-aids on underlying issues.
