If you have never been to a chiropractor or had a bad experience with one, you clearly haven't been here! I've been under chiropractic care since I was 7 months old. (A long time I know.) With regular adjustments throughout my life, I know it has kept me pretty healthy. I found Dr. Duncan a few weeks ago via an in-store mini-massage at Garners. Simply Southern is sure to meet all of your chiropractic and soft tissue therapy needs. I started going here a few weeks ago due to some neck and shoulder pain. In just a few short treatments my discomfort has decreased greatly. Dr. Duncan and her staff are excellent.

Dr. Duncan has helped me drastically with chronic issues I had with my neck and headaches. She has also helped me with low back issues! Dr. Duncan makes sure I feel good consistently not only in the office, but she has provided me ways to help myself if pain were to arise when I'm not in the office. Exceptional physician.
Dr. Duncan is amazing! She is pleasant, friendly and takes her time to get to know you as a patient. She recently taped my stomach to relieve pain in my lower back and pressure I was having while being pregnant. It even helped my baby flip and not be breeched anymore!
Dr. Duncan was essential in helping me overcome several of my disabling injuries that I acquired in the service. She was careful and meticulous in every aspect of my care. When I entered her care, i couldn't raise my arm above my head, my back constantly hurt, and my knee wasn't doing so well. She eliminated the scar tissue in my shoulder, removing the pain and recovering my range of motion. Her weekly adjustments in general gave me a better day to day life. I couldn't have asked for a better chiropractor.
