Wasn't sure what I was getting into, but, needed to sell the house. Saw an add on my local station and decided to call. Talked to Laini and immediately felt this was a quality organization and staff. As the process continued I was right. Laini and Michael were always informative and answered my questions on a timely basis. I couldn't be happier with the whole process.
