Steven at Simply Automotive is overselling garbage from what I have seen. He claimed that his 2005 Toyota Tacoma was a well maintained vehicle that was already "fairly priced." First of all, I input the VIN on carfax.com and it said the car was worth $11,900 w/ 150,610 miles. Steven is listing it as $13,995 and selling it for $15,000+ out the door w/ 148,165 miles. We received your review today and have some concerns with what you have written. To start we provided you with the CarFax on two occasions. The CarFax shows that the mileage at the time we purchased it was 148,165. We then took the car thru emissions at 148,212. No where on the CarFax does it show the mileage at 150,610 as you’ve stated. Steven responded promptly to my request. He is being super helpful with information. The 1st choice didn't work as it was sold but he has been working with me to get another one. So far, Steven has made this experience less stressful and much smoother than expected.
The dealer responded very timely and gave the information I needed.
Excellent experience all the way around. There was no pressure, no overbearing salesperson. We dealt with Steve, who is one of the partners of the dealership, and he was amazing. The vehicle we bought was beautiful and ithe price was well below the market value. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend Simply Sell it Now.
I have been getting the run around from this company on a car I've been trying to buy for 3 weeks now, keep telling me the car is being "fixed" but it's been on Car Guru for over a month. Every time I inquired about the car it was still being "fixed" seems to be a bait and switch, they have newer , upgraded models they tried to talk to me about for about $20,000 more. Sad if it truly takes a month to install an intake.
