Contacted Steven the day before we came to see the truck we finally bought. We worked out most of the deal over the phone and Steven was very helpful with us because my son had NO Credit History and I had to co-sign the loan we got with Steven's help. My experience with this company so far has been exception. I have not picked up my vehicle yet, the deposit and financing has been secured, and I expect to pick this vehicle up in a week or so. The salesman was very prompt to all of my inquiries very helpful very knowledgeable and all in all the process was very simple

Not sure why they would list a vehicle for sale if it hasn't even been serviced. I went in to purchase a vehicle and apparently they just got it in. It was dirty, door panel was coming off and I couldn't even test drive it because they had not serviced it yet. This is bad business, if a vehicle is not ready for sale, then maybe you shouldn't post it until it's ready.

This is Steven with Simply Automotive. I'm sorry to hear you are upset. Unfortunately, we just purchased the car on Wednesday and got it in Friday morning. All our vehicles go thru our service and detail department when they come in. The door panel is off because we are waiting for a door lock actuator to come in which will arrive Monday or Tuesday from the dealer. The vehicle will then go thru our detail department as well. We would be happy to let you know as soon as it is ready
car was in a cluster of other cars due to lack of realestate for parking, car was not detailed and been sitting for awhile

We're a family owned business that has been growing over the last 7 years and haven't been able to move to a bigger location yet.
