Bait and switch tactics. Raised my rates over 20 percent after relocating there 2 months prior. Iwas assured rates would remain stable. Not a good way to treat a long term renter.
The front desk people are nice and the facility seems secure. Everything else is terrible. We had a parking space for an RV and the prices goes up FREQUENTLY while there are absolutely no improvements to the grounds. The parking area floods and there is standing water anytime there is rain. The owners have not corrected the flooding and drainage situation.
