Chad has always been top notch and knows his Saabs! 11/6/17 - I am not aware of any new management and haven't been to the shop since the change.
I've taken my car here a few times despite the distance from home. I have to say this last visit was disappointing. I asked for transmission fluid replacement and got a fluid top off with an explanation that saab doesn't recommend replacement till 100k. When I picked up the car, I found 3 tools and a candy wrapper in the passenger seat. The new inspection sticker was applied next to the old one which was partially scraped off. Ever call a former Saab dealer for service and they'll do everything to avoid short of saying "What a Saab? Saab who?". Go to Simply Saab, Chad is a legit Saab guy. He truly knows his stuff and you can tell he has passion for these special cars. Within less than 6 hours of dropping off my 9-3 Chad was able to call me with a detailed description of all the (visible) problems and detailed invoice, then I could review it all in a PDF and give him the go-ahead.
